- Characters have 1.5 times their usual health.
- Enchantments always last their longest possible duration, regardless of remaining HP.
- While under an Enchant's effect, damage dealt is increased by 20%, damage taken is reduced by the same percentange.
- In general, most Enchantment effects are active by default. Exceptions are listed on each character's section.
- Negative Penalty resistance is higher than that of those with higher resistance, regardless of the original version's resistance.
- 5D can be held to fire two amulets at a time.
- 2D travels the entire screen's length.
- Youkai Buster (236D) can be charged for more damage.
- C Dimensional Rift (421C) launches three waves at a time.
- Instant Dimensional Rift (421D) is immune to throws, but doesn't counter them.
- New Special: Spread Amulet (236C). shoots a blue amulet that splits into five smaller ones.
- Her 214214B Spell is refered to as Divine Arts "Omnidirectional Dragon Slaying Circle"
- New Spell Card: Treasure "Yin Yang Asuka'i" (j.632146C). an aerial variation of Yin Yang Sanctifier Orb aimed downward. The followup projectile bounces off the floor.
- New Spell Card: Divine Arts "Sky Conquering Wind God Kick" (236236D). performs five Ascension Kicks in a row. If all connect, the last one follows up with both of its followups.
- New Spell Card: "Fantasy Nature Revised" (2363214C), Enchant Exclusive. costs 100% meter and puts Reimu on a special state that lasts 20 seconds. If seven physical attacks connect, she unleashes damaging, guard crushing amulets all over that are guaranteed to kill her opponent.
- New Special: Bosky Sweeper (623C): Performs a Miasma Sweep only the under-broom hitboxes of the boosted D version.
- Witch Leyline followups other than Downward Smash can be performed with standalone commands, Witching Blast being 214A/C and Up Sweeper being 421B.
- While Orrieries Solar System is active, pressing 6D will now make each orb fire a laser.
- Her 236236C Spell is refered to as Magicannon "Final Master Spark". It can also be done in the air.
- New Spell Card: Star Sign "Dragon Meteor" (j.214214C), fires a Master Spark diagonally downward.
- New Spell Card: Star Sign "Escape Velocity" (236236B), performs a more powerful Miasma Sweep.
- New Spell Card: Perverse Love "Sure Fire Master Spark (2363214D), Enchant Exclusive, costs 100% meter and fires a thin laser followed up by a much larger Master Spark.
- 6D, j.6D, j.2D and j.8D travel further.
- Handful of Floating Cloud (360or623B) has increased grabbing range. Damage dealt is also increased.
- Sunrise of Mountain Clouds ([4]6D) travels the full screen length.
- New Spell Card: Storm Sign “Merciless Autumn Storm Clouds of Buddhist Retribution” (236236C), fills the screen with punches all over similar to the air fighters.
- New Spell Card: Cloud Sign "Unrelenting Storm Toss" (720C), grabs her opponent and slams them repeatedly with her cloudy fist.
- The auto charge effect of her Enchantment doesn't apply. Instead, she charges much faster.
- All moves that consume one stock have the effect of the stocked version by default. The new stocked versions deal increased damage.
- Syncretism “Manifestation of Mahavairocana” (214214A): can be triggered manualy by pressing A again.
- New Spell Card: "Amagimi Hijiri's Air Scroll" (214214D), lets her use her stocked attacks without spending stocks with a duration based on her stock count, with a minimum duration of 3 seconds on one stock and getting extra 3 seconds every full stock, up to the maximum of 15.
- New Spell Card: Raging Run "Turbo Granny Rides Again" (214214C), runs over her opponent while riding on her motorcycle.
- 5D and 6D travel at full screen distance then head backward to their usual positions, possibly dealing multiple hits.
- 2D and 4D bounce up and down before settling at their positions, increasing their damage potential.
- All air D normals travel further then boomerang to their normal positions.
- Can perform Kouryu's Arrow with 41236C, which is always the non homing version.
- Water Embracing Plates (214D) now activates all plates instead of those near her.
- New Spell Card : Blaze Sign "Sakuraiji in Flames" (2141236C), is similar to the HM version of Infernal Reformation in that it produces fire dealing damage over time to her opponent while she's grounded.
- New Spell Card: Sacred Bow "Seiryuu's Bow" (236236C), launches a rapid stream of arrows that descent in droves.
- Can chain normals into any other normal, though any non A normal can only be used once per string this way.
- Can perform the normal versions of Eastern Influence and Lasers of Seventeen Articles by pressing with [2]8B and [4]6C respectively.
- New Special: Benign Rain of The Shining One (236D), sends a a wave of five projectiles tracking her opponent after some startup. Can't track well at close range.
- Emperor Hermit “Emperor of the Land of the Rising Sun” ([1]2369C) comes out without the first part hitting.
- New Spell Card: Light Halo "Guse Flash" (j. 236236D), sends out a wave of light similar to the initial part of Emperor of the Land of the Rising Sun, but deals more hits.
- New Spell Card: "Divine Spirits' Universe" (236236D), performs Path to Elightenment Atop One's Palm, but without needing to grab first.
- Photon Torpedo (214A) fires two more missiles in both versions. The air version also travels further.
- Kiku-Ichimonji Compressor (421C) has a wider horizontal range.
- Aerial Blaster (421D) travels faster after the reticle locks on. The reticle also lasts twice as long.
- New Spell Card: Water Sign "Summer Plastic Bottle Rocket" (214214C), launches three Kiku-Ichimonji Compressor grenades in a row, each one blowing her opponent away to the next.
- New Spell Card: Kappa "Monster Cucumber" (236236B), fires a large cucumber colored missile towards her foe.
- All manually performed D normals have the powered performance of their auto versions.
- Stinging Mind (214B) Travels faster. It can also reach at full screen length, at the time the normal version reaches its max length, and is tall enough that even someone double jumping would get hit.
- Catch and Rose (41236D) is always unblockable no matter what.
- Rekindled “Embers of Love” (214214C) comes out without the first part hitting.
- New Spell Card: Thorn Sign "Rose Hell" (236236C), sends three vines similar to Growing Pain that all blossom violently.
- New Spell Card: Instinct "Freudian (214214B), similar to Embers of Love, except it's a counter against every blockable attack.
- New attack: 4A, has the animation of her 6A, except when it lands, she pummels her opponent. Pressing A and B increase the number of hits, while C launches her oppoent upward and D foward. She can then chase her opponent with a super jump or dash by pressing up or forward, respectively.
- Tanuki Break now lasts half as long as it usually does. Starting an Enchant still recovers her leaves.
- When her HP is low enough to be vunerable to a Last Word, her attack and defense increases by 20%. Stacks multiplicatively with the Enchant stat bonus.
- The Enchant versions of her specials can be performed by pressing both possible buttons at once, at the cost of 25% Spell Gauge. The cost is quartered if the mirror version of Youkai Imposter Transformation is used.
- Transformation “Youkai Imposter Transformation” is now performed with 214214C/D instead both buttons. The C version is always the mirror version, while the D version turns her into her opponent. It now requires a minimum of 50% Spell Gauge like most other Spells, though its duration will be reduced accordingly based on how much Spell Gauge she has (lasts longer with more meter).
- New Spell Card: Transformation "Pompoko Taiko Drum Master" (j.214214A/B), turns into a Taiko player and drums a tanuki taiko drum that sends notes bouncing on the floor. The A version sends the notes at a steeper angle than the B version.
- New Spell Card: Transformation "Scrolls of Froilicking Animals" (214214A/B), sends an array of projectiles similar to Animal Lute Priest. The projectiles travel on the ground with the A version and wave around in the B version.
- Sighing Osakabe Mask (214B) has twice as many masks.
- Roaring Youkai Fox Mask (236C) has a larger hitbox.
- Shouting Giant Spider Mask (41236C) has longer range.
- New Spell Card: Mask Sign "Hata no Kawakatsu's 66 Masks" (236236B), fires a barrage of masks in front of her.
- New Spell Card: "Monkey Possesion" (236236D), causes all emotional changes to inflict the same status effects from Four Humors Possesion.
- Ressurection (22D) has increased width.
- Self Harming Fire Talons (236C) has new followups that can be performed as the second or third hit. 236A is an overhead claw slash, 236B is a low claw sweep, and 236D is a thrusting claw swipe that causes wallslam.
- Blazing Bamboo Tubes (421C) launches four tubes instead of two.
- New Spell Card: Claw Sign "Desparate Claw" (236236D), repeatedly slashes with her claw swipes as she charges forward.
- New Spell Card: "Hourai Doll" (236236C), fires a flame beam forward.
- All normals using the sharp end of her needle have increased reach.
- Heavenly Veil’s Hundred Stiches (Tap C) hits faster. It also has a finisher done with 236C.
- Iai Needle (41236C) slashes back and forth twice.
- New Spell Card: Mallet "Grow Bigger!" (236236C), enlarges herself to twice her usual size for 15 seconds. During this state, she deals twice as much damage and takes half damage.
- New Spell Card: Shining Needle "Oni-Slaying, Eye-Stabbing Needle" (632146C), performs a much stronger, guard crushing version of Iai Needle.
- Houso’s Slash (214B) can be repeated twice for further slashes.
- Kanda Shoot (214D-D) always aims at her opponent if there are no beacons.
- Koutei’s Bubble (236B) has a larger projectile that splits into mini projectiles when it hits the floor or her opponent.
- New Spell Card: Sea Lion "Manzairaku's Playtime" (214214B), summons Manzairaku to uppercut her opponent with its snout, then have them bounce repeatedly as if they were a ball.
- New Spell Card: Raiju "Mukou's Lightning Flash" (2363214C), sends a larger electric projectile with the help of Mukou.
- Telekinesis Telephone Pole (214B) also sends a pole from behind her.
- Telekinesis Iron Girder (236B) sends three girders at once.
- Hydrokinesis Manhole (22A/B/C) can chain the other versions together twice by pressing the possible buttons.
- New Spell Card: Paper Sign "ESP Card Shuriken" (j.214214B) throws three waves of zener cards downward.
- New Spell Card: Psychokinesis "Telekinesis Illegal Dumping" (214214D). surrounds herself with a large pile of junk before send it forward.
- Disorder Eye (22D) sends six clones total. It can also travel in any of the eight cardinal directions.
- New Special: Mind Dropping (421D), fires a bullet upward, raining smaller bullets below.
- New Special: Occular Spectrum (22B/C), jumps ahead (B) or behind (C), with five other copies of herself. Can move the the real one by inputing directions.
- New Spell Card: Farsight "Infrared Moon" (214214B), causes a screen wide Field Ultrared for 15 seconds. Cannot be used in conjuction with the next spell.
- New Spell Card: Shortsight "X-Wave (214214A), similar to the above, except with Field Ultraviolet. Cannot be used in conjuction with the previous spell.
- New Spell Card: Red Eyes "Lunatic Blast" (236236C),Enchant Exclusive, costs 100% meter and fires a large beam diagonally upward.
- Starts at orb level 4. Dream orbs now fill her spell gauge.
- Hypnagogic Shoot (236C) sends three projectiles
- Pilow Bomber (214B) can be held to extend throwing range.
- Dream Balloon Flight (j.214A) makes her invunerable while she's holding the baloons.
- New Spell Card: Dream Sign "Azure Dream Catcher" (2141236D), sucks in every dream orb on the stage and her opponent into her vaccuum, then spits them away. Dream orbs collected this way give half their usual meter.
- New Spell Card: Sheep Sign "Wool Colored Sleepless Dream" (236236A), turns into a mechanical sheep then spits out homing sheep missiles.
- The super armor effect of her Enchantment doesn't apply. Other effects still occur.
- 6C can be charged to increase its range. On max charge it becomes a forced Fatal Counter (it triggers even when not countering an attack).
- New Special: Beams of Non Perception (41236D), uses a keystone to fire a ring of lasers.
- New Spell Card: Peach Sign "Hermit's Peach of Steadfast Durability" (214214D), eats a peach that grants her hyper armor but no blocking for 15 seconds.
- New Spell Card: Earthquake "Sword of Pleasure After Hardship" (214214C), thrusts her sword to the ground creating an unblockable quake after ten seconds.
- New Spell Card: "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Living Beings" (236236B), Enchant Exclusive, costs 100% meter and fires a larger laser similar to her Last Word.
- Backdashing against the corner will make her warp to the other side of the screen.
- Rest on Stone, Rinse in Rivers (214D) adds three stocks if it manages to absorb something. It will add a stock even it doesn't.
- Illusion Manji Parasol can be performed standalone with 421A/B.
- New Special: Bewitching Bait (421C), sets a reticle at her opponent's location that sends lasers afterwards.
- New Spell Card: Boundary "Overflowing Flotsam" (236236B), sends a flurry of grave stones from a gap that fan over a slightly.
- New Spell Card: Aerial Bait "Addictive Bait" (214214C), sends multiple lasers at her opponent's location.
- New Spell Card: Abandonned Line "Aimless Journey to The Abandonned Station" (2363214C), Enchant Exclusive, costs 100% meter and sends four train cars running over her foe.
- Can chain normals into any other normal, though any non A normal can only be used once per string this way.
- Juliane Fan Boomerang ([4]6B) pierces her opponent, dealing more damage.
- Waste Upper ([2]8C) has more riches being thrown.
- Celebrity Burn (214A) has longer reach
- New Spell Card: Poor Sign "Pluck Pigeon" (214214D), dashes back and forth past her opponent, hitting them each time while Shion picks up any possessions they drop.
- New Spell Card: Forced Possession "Absolute Loser Reborn" (2141236D), tosses Shion who, if she connects, starts to gradually drain their life away for ten seconds by planting her poverty aura. Can still use D moves and Shion Toss.
