The last boss of ULiL
serves up her brand of psychic powers to the table. She uses her ESP
as means to keep her opponent as far away from her as possible, not
just with her long attack range, but with her teleport enhanced
mobility as well.

3C: Emits a short psychic wave to sweep her opponent.

Universal Mechanics
Forward Throw (5or6BC): Flings her opponent forward multiple times with her telekinesisBack Throw (4BC): Identical to her forward one but mirrored.
Air Throw (j.BC): Sends her opponent to the ground with telekinesis.
Guard Reversal (6AB on block) uses 6B’s animation.
Guard Cursh (5AB): Uses a spoon to create a localized psychic blast near her.
Unique Ability (D): Teleportation
Teleports to the direction which you were holding (or forward with no direction). If her opponent is near her destination, the result shockwave can damage them. It can be repeated as long there are charges in her Teleport meter. It can hold a max of four charges and can recover as long she’s on the ground, not teleporting.Enchantment: Chaotic Teleportation
Increases the recovery rate of the Teleport meter.Last Spell
Photography “Danmaku Diary Recording”Takes her phone and tries to take a picture of her opponent, with only the flash itself being harmful. If it hits, she takes a total of three shots (four in High Tension Mode), all dealing damage to them.

Urban Psychokinesis (214C): Surrounds herself with junk then tosses it at her enemy. Can be delayed by holding the button.Telekinesis Telephone Pole (214B): Sends a telephone pole tumbling from the back of the screen.
Telekinesis Iron Girder (236B): Sends a girder at a 45 degree angle towards her opponent.
Chain Mail (j.236B): Sends three mail folders towards the ground.
Hydrokinesis Manhole (22A/B/C): Opens a manhole then unleashes a water stream either close (A), mid range (B) or far (C).
Spell Cards
Gun Sign “3D Printer Gun” (236236C): Just shoots her opponent with a gun. It can be crouched under. Enchant increases damage and allows it to crush guards.Psychokinesis “Psychokinesis App” (214214C): Brings out her tablet and uses it to control a mass of junk to throw at her opponent. Enchant increases the size of the junk mass.
Psychokinesis “Telekinesis Radio Tower” (214214B): Sends a radio tower tumbling from the back of the screen. Enchant follows it up with a second one from the front.
