The last boss of AoCF
comes along with her sister to rob their enemies blind. She excels in
close range combat, while also using her sister Shion as puppet for
her dirty work too. Even if Perfect Possession isn’t normally
possible here, she still aims to be the strongest(evilest) fighter!

2A: A crouching left jab.

Universal Mechanics
Forward Throw (5or6BC): Punches her opponent repeatedly before sending them away. Based on her AoCF throw.Back Throw (4BC): Same as her forward one but mirrored.
Air Throw (j.BC): Sends her opponent to the ground with a heel drop.
Guard Reversal (6AB on block) uses 6C’s animation.
Guard Crush (5AB): Whacks her opponent with her bag.
Jo’on has a step type forward dash.
Unique Ability (D): Shion Yorigami
5D has Shion kick her opponent weakly, 6D has her smash her bowl on her opponent’s head, 2D has her slide into her opponent, and j.5D has her punch her opponent in mid air.Enchantment: Accumulated Bad Luck
Any Shion based attacks have increased damage and reach.Last Spell
Bad Luck “Welcome to the World of Destitution”Performs a double straight punch. If it hits, she continues to punch her opponent for a few seconds, while Shion exhudes her energy of misfortune into her foe. The High Tension version deals more hits.
Specials
Shion Toss (236D): Throws Shion into her opponent. If it connects, she’ll start possessing them. While she possessing, Jo’on can’t use her D attacks. Instead, she’ll have her sister unleash misfortune on her opponent, draining life. Afterwards, she exits her opponent. If the command is repeated during possession, Jo’on and her opponent switch places, with Shion unpossessing her foe.Waste Upper ([2]8C): Performs an uppercut that rains down riches on her opponent’s head afterwards.
Juliane Fan Boomerang ([4]6B): Throws her fan like a boomerang traveling at about midscreen.
Celebrity Burn (214A): Opens a pair of briefcases that let out bills that spontaneously combust.
Golden Tornado (214C): Rides on a tornado of cash that pelts her opponent.
Spell Cards
Spiritual Striping “Burst Robber” (236236B): Dashes past her opponent and if it connects, she empties their Spirit Gauge. The Enchantment version increases damage dealt. If her opponent is under an Enchantment, she ends it and starts her own with the remaining duration (or extends it by said duration if she has it active, though it cannot exceed 15 seconds). An Enchantment triggered this way doesn’t affect her Spirit Gauge.Poor Sign “Super Poverty Bomb” (236236D): Conjures an energy blast Shion fills with her misfortune then launches it towards the ground. Enchant version is bigger and more damaging.
“Queen of Bubble” (214214C): Slaps her opponent with her fan. If it hits, she starts dancing while the spotlights then the smokescreen at the end damage them. Enchant increases damage.
