Touhou CV Masterpost

Characters:

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Jo’on Yorigami

The last boss of AoCF comes along with her sister to rob their enemies blind. She excels in close range combat, while also using her sister Shion as puppet for her dirty work too. Even if Perfect Possession isn’t normally possible here, she still aims to be the strongest(evilest) fighter!

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Yukari Yakumo

The only Phantasm boss in existence is fooling around yet again. Like the other ground fighter veterans, she brings back a lot of her older tricks from her earlier appearances, while always retaining her tricky gaps intact.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Tenshi Hinanawi

The last boss of SWR brings back her earth shattering style to the fray. She’s mostly familiar to those who’ve played her earlier appearances in fighters, focusing mostly on defense here, thanks to her trusty keystones.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Doremy Sweet

The third boss of LoLK brings her nightmarish position control to their reality. With her strange tools not from this space, she’s sure to keep her foe’s chance of victory a mere dream.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Reisen Udongein Inaba

The fifth boss of IN shoots for yet another appearance. She’s as tricky as she can be, even if the moves she brings are familiar to those who’ve played the earlier fighters, thanks to the addition of some tricks from her latest outing.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Sumireko Usami

The last boss of ULiL serves up her brand of psychic powers to the table. She uses her ESP as means to keep her opponent as far away from her as possible, not just with her long attack range, but with her teleport enhanced mobility as well.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Kasen Ibaraki

The penultimate boss of ULiL brings her stable of animals to assist her. Having a beast for seemingly every occassion, she’s a rare example of an Assist based character, in what’s usually a one on one battle.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Shinmyoumaru Sukuna

The last boss of DDC sizes for the battle of her dreams. Despite being the smallest character of the game (being about two heads smaller than Reimu for balance purposes here), she has surpising melee range thanks to both her Shining Needle Sword and her enlargable Miracle Mallet.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Fujiwara no Mokou

The extra boss of IN heats up for yet another scuffle. She’s quite the aggressive type, almost too much considering that many of her most powerful attacks cost her health. She can recover it though, as long as she doesn’t leave herself open to an early defeat.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Hata no Kokoro

The last boss of HM brings a slightly altered version of her emotional stance system to the fray. With her normals changing in performance based on her mood, along with it changing when performing specials, she can fit pretty much any style she wants.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Mamizou Futatsuiwa

The extra boss of 10Ds sneaks in with her tanuki army in tow. She’s just the kind of character one used to fighting with teenagers and adults summoning mythological entities can enjoy, using her tanukis almost the same way as those entities.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Koishi Komeiji

The extra boss of SA remains the ever unpredictable sort she’s been in the canon fighters. With the ability to automatically trigger moves under certain conditions, she’s sure to keep her opponents guessing what she’s going to do next.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Nitori Kawashiro

The stage 3 boss of MoF makes a splash with her high tech gadgets. Her attacks can get unorthodox at times, but they’re surprisingly versatile, letting her deal with foes both from afar and close by.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Toyosatomimi no Miko

The last boss of 10Ds brings out a style of gradual aggression that is similar but not identical the cape system she had in Hopeless Masquerade. She once again grows stronger as she applies pressure, but even at her weakest she can still bring herself back up.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Mononobe no Futo

The Stage 5 boss of 10Ds dishes out some feng shui... literally. Setting up plates to so she can break them to power up not unlike her Hopeless Masquerade self, she’s better suited for long range rather than close quarters.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Byakuren Hijiri

The last boss of UFO busts out her familiar stock charge gameplay to the fray. Though Aria charges aren’t entirely required this time around, you’ll still need them if you want to get the most out of her moves

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Ichirin Kumoi

The stage 3 boss of UFO is the obligatory slow powerhouse. Unusual for this type of character, she’s also a puppet user, using her trusty nyuudou Unzan for many of her attacks. His moves are particularly powerful, but one shouldn’t get too complacent, lest he runs out of power.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Marisa Kirisame

The second main character of series is a tad more aggressive, but otherwise still falls into the “well balanced” category. She too has some moves from the earlier fighters, but she brings a sorely missed mechanic back from her Hopeless Masquerade days as well.

東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium Character Moveset: Reimu Hakurei

The main heroine of the series has been an Average Jane in most of her appearances in and out of canon, and this one is no exception. This incarnation is especially familiar to those used to her moves in the earlier fighting games.

Concept: 東方戦蒼記~Condemned Vergatorium, a more traditional TH fighter in the style of BB

This idea came to me as result of my resentment towards a certain fighting game series that I was once fond of. It’s extremely unlikely that it will ever be fully realized as I lack the programming skills needed, but I felt that I should post this regardless.

TL;DR: The mechanics are for the most part, the same as that series with the names being changed to fit the setting better, though some have received some changes....
